Liest zu einer gewünschten Eigenschaft eines Proprtyarrays (com.sun.star.beans.Propertyvalue) den Wert und Index aus. Zusätzlich wir der Name mit zurückgegeben.

Der Rückgabewert ist ein Array mit drei Elementen.
